The pilates method is a gentle exercise that combines deep breathing and physical exercises. It is inspired by yoga, dance and gymnastics and is practiced on the floor, on a mat, or with the help of devices. Mainly used for training purposes to improve strength, flexibility, coordination and maintaining good posture.
